Gear

Gears are the core of transmission, mostly hard-toothed cylindrical gears, which transmit power to drive the stirring shaft. They are wear-resistant and shock-resistant. When combined with the lubrication system, they ensure efficient and stable stirring and are suitable for heavy-load working conditions.

Discharge door

The discharge door controls the discharge of materials and is mostly driven by pneumatic or hydraulic power. It has good sealing performance to prevent material leakage, is flexible to open and close, and is suitable for equipment such as mixing plants and conveyors, ensuring precise and efficient discharge.

Stirring shaft

The stirring shaft is the core component of the mixer, connecting the stirring blades and driven to rotate by the drive device. It is made of high-strength alloy material, which is torsion-resistant and wear-resistant, ensuring thorough mixing of materials and is suitable for various stirring conditions.

Connecting Base

The connection seat is a fundamental component for connecting parts, fixing equipment assemblies and transmitting loads. It is mostly made of cast steel or cast iron, with a stable structure, suitable for various working conditions, and ensuring the overall stability of the equipment.

Belt pulley

Pulleys transmit power through belts and are divided into driving wheels and driven wheels. They are mostly made of cast iron or steel, and their groove types are suitable for different belts. They have smooth transmission and are widely used in mechanical transmission systems.

Solenoid valve

The solenoid valve is controlled by an electromagnetic coil to operate the valve core, achieving fluid on-off/reversing. It responds quickly, has a compact structure, and is widely used in automated fluid control systems.

Oil pump core

The oil pump core is the core component of the oil pump, composed of rotors, gears, etc. It is responsible for pressurizing and transporting lubricating oil, with high wear resistance and precision, ensuring the efficient operation of the lubrication system.

Idler roller

Idlers support conveyor belts and reduce friction. They are mostly made of steel or plastic and are equipped with bearings to lower resistance and ensure smooth transportation. They are widely used in conveyor systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Bearing Block

The bearing housing fixes the bearing and bears the load. It is mostly made of cast iron or cast steel, suitable for different types of bearings, ensuring the stable operation of the shaft system, and is widely used in mechanical equipment.

Dust collector

Dust collectors separate gas-solid mixtures by means of filtration, centrifugation and other principles, remove dust and purify air. They are often used in factories, mines and other places.

Winch motor

The hoist motor is the power core of the hoist. It is mostly a three-phase asynchronous motor, which outputs a large torque to drive the drum to rotate. It can withstand heavy loads and starts smoothly.

Motor belt

The motor belt connects the motor with the driven parts to transmit power. It is mostly made of rubber, which is wear-resistant, has good elasticity, and can adapt to different speeds to ensure smooth transmission.

Load cell

The load cell converts weight into an electrical signal, featuring high precision, fast response, overload resistance, and compatibility with weighing instruments and industrial weighing systems, providing data support for measurement control.

Bevel gear

The shaft teeth and the disc teeth are transmission pairs. The shaft teeth are cylindrical with teeth, and the disc teeth are disc-shaped with teeth. Torque is transmitted through the meshing of the tooth surfaces. They are compatible with equipment such as reducers and need to be precisely matched to ensure smooth transmission.

Sealing rubber strip

The sealing rubber strip is made of elastic rubber and is used for gap sealing, leak prevention, dust prevention, sound insulation, temperature resistance and aging resistance.
