Description of Mixing Blade
The mixer side blade wear-resistant parts and its lost foam belong to the casting field of wear-resistant parts.
Our company’s new lost foam for mixer side blade wear-resistant parts includes a casting model. Both sides of the casting model are symmetrically equipped with inner sprues.
The inner sprue includes a drainage block and a plug-in block. The drainage block and the plug-in block are perpendicular to each other and form an L-shaped structure.

The thickness of the drainage block is smaller than the thickness of the plug-in block. The casting model includes a side blade body, a first use part and a second use part.
The first use part and the second use part are respectively located on the side blade body.
On the two adjacent sides, the second use part is higher than the upper surface of the side blade body, and the outer wall of the second use part is an arc surface; two mounting holes are symmetrically provided on the side blade body; the surroundings of the mounting holes A wear-resistant protective layer is provided, which is higher than the upper surface of the side blade body.
It mainly realizes the function of high side blade service life.
How to use mixing blades?
Medium mixing blade
This piece is installed on the top of the mixing arm and matches the arc lining plate inside the mixing barrel, so that the key components for mixing materials in the mixing barrel must be wear-resistant and have corresponding toughness.
Side mixing blade
This piece is installed at the top and middle of the side arm at the same time. During operation, the top is tangent to the barrel liner and also tangent to the end plate liner.
